Return & Exchanges

We want you to love what you order from Bellissimo Outfits. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your purchase within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • The request must be made within 15 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unstitched (for unstitched fabric), with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been cut, stitched, altered, washed, or worn.
  • Items purchased during a sale or on clearance, unless received damaged or incorrect.
  • Products without original tags or packaging.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and parcel. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at bellissimoutfit@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp +92 328-0962102.
  2. Share your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason.
  3. Once approved, send the item back to us in its original condition.
  4. After we receive and inspect it, we will process your exchange or refund.

Shipping Charges

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping.
  • For returns or exchanges due to change of mind or size, the customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days after we receive the returned item, via the original payment method or bank transfer (for Cash on Delivery orders).

Please Note
Slight color variations may occur due to screen settings and photography lighting. This is not considered a defect.
